Guest shoppers simply request a password reset here to activate your account.
View your order list
Find the order which contains item(s) to return.
Select Return Item(s)
Select the item(s) and quantity to return.
Be sure to reply to the email we send after submitted your return.
Guest accounts need to enable their Gear Geek account by requesting a password reset here. This will allow you to log in and request a return.
Only orders that have been shipped may be returned. For orders that have not yet left the warehouse and are a status of "awaiting fulfillment" please contact customer service to cancel the order.
There are currently no exclusions for any products we sell to be returned.
