How do I pair with my phone?

To pair your phone with the Gear Geek G-J18 Wireless Earbuds, simply open your Bluetooth settings on your device, and turn on the earbuds. Once the earbuds are powered on, they should appear in the list of Bluetooth devices, and you can select them to pair.

How do you disable the touch feature on the earphones because the instructions don’t make any sense and they don’t disconnect when you put them back in the charging case it stays connected

Hi Ayesha, Sometimes because internect,the status delays.Just keep a while,if still not disconnect,then you can disconnect by phone bluetooth,then retry again. Kind Regards

I can only get one earbud to play music, the other one just says one word in Chinese when I turn it on then when I play music nothing plays out of it? Any help please as instructions don’t make sense and have a lot of spelling mistakes/bad sentence construction
